In my youth, I had never paid attention to the idea of drinking tea, whether at work or in pri- vate. As I reached middle-age, I began learning pottery and paid more attention to living a healthy lifestyle. That's when I began taking notice of drinking tea. During graduate school, I started taking strong interest in the connection between tea and ceramics. The chawans on display here are the result of my little study into making tea in a chawan. I hope to bring every- one who drinks tea an enjoyment of the senses of sight and taste through the chawan.
年輕時在工作及生活中對喝茶這件見事從不曾給予關注，及至中年後學陶同時也注意養生， 此時便開始對「飲茶」這件事產生注意，後來讀研究所開始對「茶」與「陶」的連結產生濃 厚的興趣，本次展出茶碗作品是本人在近年來研究茶碗泡茶方式的小小成果，希望以茶碗的 呈現，帶給大家在喝茶活動中有著視覺與味覺的享受。
