Maja Racic

In my creative process I love to come still - to feel the clay, to listen and to gently give space for all the stories it holds. I am drawn to the energy of locally sourced Slovenian clays. An intentional approach of creating is safely treasured, while wood-firing is kept very close to my heart. The chawan, for me is the purest embodiment of connection between the earth and the human spirit. It connects deeply and lets the energy flow – it bridges the two worlds.

在創作過程中，我喜歡靜止下來，為了可以感受陶土，去聆聽陶土所乘載的故事並溫柔地為它保留空間。斯洛維尼亞當地土礦的能量吸引了我。我珍惜自己刻意的創作方式，並重視柴燒技術。對我來說，茶碗將大地與人類精神之間的連結以最純粹的方式具象化。它的連結深刻，讓能量得以流動，造就兩個世界的橋樑
