打從我一開始接觸陶土，我就被製作茶碗深深吸引。在去到中國、日本、台灣的美妙旅程中，我很開心看到許多不同的泡茶與奉茶方式。每一位司茶人都成功透過儀式塑造寧靜、適合反思的氛圍。在那之後，對我來說喝茶變成了心靈相通的時光。而創作茶碗則成了充滿成就感的挑戰、一種純粹的喜悅。我最熱愛挑戰自己是否能做出一個能滿足我所有期望的茶碗。我的靈感來自於我對大自然的愛以及以陶土表現自己的喜悅。形狀、顏色、表面、釉料都必須達到完美的平衡。

Right from the beginning of my involvement with clay I have been fascinated by making tea bowls. On my wonderful trips to China, Japan and Taiwan I was exited to see the many different ways of making and serving tea. Every tea master succeeds with his ritual to create a wonderful atmosphere of reflection and tranquility. Ever since, drinking tea has become a heart and mind conductive moment for me. And creating a tea bowl has turned to be a fulfilling challenge and pure joy. I love the exciting challenge of creating a tea bowl that meets all my expectations. Inspiration comes from my love for nature and the pure joy of clay as a medium of expression. Shape, color, surface and glaze must be in perfect harmony.
